SEBI bars 19 entities for GDR manipulation
Stock Market regulator SEBI has barred Pan Asia Advisors and Mr Arun Panchariya from being an intermediary in the securities market. , Avon Corporation, K Sera Sera, CAT Technologies, Maars Software International and Cals Refineries — from issuing equity shares or instruments convertible into equity shares or alter their capital structure till further directions. SEBI action follows complaints from investors regarding the structuring of sale of shares by certain FII/sub-accounts in companies that had made substantial issue of GDRs, as compared to its existing pre-GDR capital. SEBI directed NSDL and CDSL to freeze the beneficial owner accounts and stock exchanges have been advised to enable square off existing open positions in the F&O segment for the above mentioned persons and entities.Van Ness Extra Giant Enclosed Cat Pan
It seems to be too small for my cats! I have 3 big cats, and they just seem to be cramped in it. height isn’t the issue, it’s length and width. one gets in and doesn’t even turn around, so I am concerned that he’ll dump “it” all over the floor. and it’s not the best at keeping litter contained – they still manage to get litter all over the floor.
Overall it’s a good litter box, it seems to work well with my brothers cats and they are deep diggers! But my cat is the exception, she seems to track litter when she comes out, I use Feline Pine so that could be it too. It’s kind of big and clunky for me as well. Could just be that I’m in love with the Iris sn-520.
I was literally at my wits end trying to figure out what do do about my litter situation. I’d tried all kinds of different litters before I came to the realization that it might not be the litter so much as the cat box I was using. I love the filters in the top and the locking top! This box keeps litter out of my floor and odors out of my house. I use it in conjunction with Tidy Cats- Multiple Cats litter and I actually invited someone to sniff out the box today, haha. They were absolutely amazed that they couldn’t detect even the faintest smell. You can’t even smell the scent of the litter! I would highly recommend this box to anyone with a cat!
